The City of Parkland, Florida is requesting proposals from qualified contractors, hereinafter referred to as “Proposer”, to provide Building Plan Examination and Inspection related services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this request for proposal (RFP) document. The City will be seeking qualified proposers who will enter into a continuing services contract and the City may award a primary and secondary vendor, at its discretion. The initial contract will be for two (2) years, with three (3), one-year renewal options. The City reserves the right to award this contract to a primary and secondary proposer based on the evaluated criteria. There will be no guaranteed contract amount. |
