The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain competitive Bids for all material, labor and equipment to perform Playground Area Improvements at two (2) existing north areas in Terramar Park; as described in the Construction Documents. The scope of work for the North Playground Areas at Terramar Park consists of removing the existing playground equipment from each of the two (2) playground areas and store at an appropriate area designated by the City of Parkland; Replace the existing wood chip ground cover with a poured rubberized surface at both playground areas; Replace existing damaged concrete curbing around the perimeter of the play areas; and, Install new ADA accessible playground equipment for 2-5 year olds and 5-12 year olds. |
