The City of Parkland, Florida is requesting proposals from qualified, state-certified licensed general contractors, hereinafter referred to as the “Proposer”, for the installation of structural features and landscaping in the center circle at the intersection of West Hillsboro Boulevard and Everglades Way (The Falls at Parkland Subdivision Entrance) in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation document. Components of this project include landscaping, structural foundation, and walls (with aesthetic features), electrical, accent lighting, and irrigation
