Description: 

The City of Parkland is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced global real estate brokers and firms, licensed by the State of Florida, specializing in commercial real estate to provide brokerage, marketing, advisory, and other associated services for the sale of 33.5 acres of land owned by the City. The primary goal for this parcel is to accommodate a town center style development featuring varied and flexible open spaces, framed by a mix of neighborhood-serving, non-residential uses including indoor and outdoor entertainment.

The City is anticipating the developer selection process occurring in two phases. The first phase seeking creative developers who can achieve a Village in the Park (VIP) concept following the City’s design guidelines and zoning district. The second phase is selecting the top developers to submit their conceptual design and a purchase price and/or financing options that will meet the City’s requirements.
