The City of Parkland, Florida is seeking to obtain bids from qualified, licensed contractors, for the Liberty Park Restroom Renovation located at 9200 Ranch Rd. Parkland, FL 33067.  The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, and obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as specified in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation document.
