The City of Parkland, Florida is seeking to obtain bids from qualified, licensed contractors, for the installation of a concrete slab and relocation of a shed from Terramar Park (6700 West Hillsboro Blvd.) to the Equestrian Center (8350 Ranch Rd.) The project will be for the construction document development, permitting and execution of the installation of an approximately 12’ W x 25’ L shed. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, and obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as specified in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation document. |
