| Description: |
The City of Parkland, Florida is seeking to obtain bids from qualified contractors for Equestrian Center Arena Upgrades, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation document. This project was originally bid last year; however, all bids were rejected due to all being over budget. The project has been re-design to be valued engineered, reducing the scope to only removing the existing sand footing and stabilizing the subgrade, also the sand material design has been changed to not include the fiber mix.
